1. Change in Chief Financial Officer

Ms. H Lakshmi, Head - Banking Operations, has been promoted as Chief Financial Officer of the Company in the place of Mr. T S Sritharan. Mr Sritharan has been re-designated as Senior Vice President and Head - Fund Operations with expanded role which include Fund Accounting, all Audits and Customer services.

Ms. H Lakshmi is a commerce graduate and having 22 years of experience in the entire gamut of Banking Operations.

2. Change in Head - Customer Services

Mr. Dhiren H Thakker, Deputy Head - Customer Services, has been promoted as Head - Customer Services.

Mr. Dhiren H Thakker is a post graduate with MBA in Finance & Marketing. He has nearly 15 years of experience in handling Customer Services activities.

3. Change in Head - Risk Management

Mr. C M Loganathan, Head - Products, has been promoted as Head - Products & Risk Management.

Mr Loganathan is a commerce graduate and has professional qualification in chartered accountancy. He has over 22 years of experience in corporate treasury, wealth management and corporate banking.

4. Change in the address of Branch Office of Sundaram Asset Management Company Limited

Investors / unitholders are requested to take note of the change in the branch office address of Sundaram Asset Management Company Limited (AMC), which is an official point for acceptance of transactions in the Schemes of Sundaram Mutual, as stated below:

All other terms and conditions of the Scheme Information Document / Key Information Memorandum / Statement of Additional Information will remain unchanged.

This addendum forms an integral part of the Scheme Information Document (SID) / Key Information Memorandum (KIM) / Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of the schemes of Sundaram Mutual Fund as amended from time to time.
