Highlights of the NFO:

• Scheme type - An Interval investment strategy dynamically investing across equity, debt, equity and debt derivatives, InVITs and commodity derivatives, including limited short exposure on permitted instruments through derivatives


• Investment objective - To achieve long-term capital appreciation and income generation by dynamically allocating investments across multiple asset classes-equity, debt, equity and debt derivatives, REITs/InVITs, and commodity derivatives-while utilizing up to 25% short exposure on permitted instruments through derivatives to optimize returns and manage risk efficiently. There is no assurance that the investment objective of the Investment strategy will be achieved.


• Product suitability - This product is suitable for investors who are seeking to generate long-term capital appreciation and income generation by dynamically allocating investments across multiple asset classes-equity, debt, equity and debt derivatives, REITs/InVITs, and commodity derivatives.


• Minimum Application Amount - Rs.10,00,000/- and in multiples of Re. 1/- thereafter
